Hello Dear Ones

You may or may not know, it was discovered in October that I have had a stroke that was never diagnosed. I have been waiting for and walking out my various doctor appointments trying to stay encouraged. I am doing better and my prayer is that anything else that might be causing instability in my joints and chronic pain will be discovered and healed. I have a few additional appointment after the first of the year. Getting to the right doctor is always the challenge. Of course, I know God is our great physician- body, mind and Spirit.

On days when I feel pretty good,  I am continuing to work on my songs and making great progress. I have shared a few of them through an online reveal and will continue to do that as I am working to finish my first debut cd.  Once they are finished, anyone that pre-ordered a copy will be alerted they are ready for digital download. Advent Message

As we move into the 4th week of Advent and light the Christ candle, focus on the Spirit of Gratitude. In this life we have ups and down, in and outs and roundabouts. Could be a new lyric… I think it will somewhere.

Anyway, let’s try to focus on the here and now. The what if’s can leave us paralyzed in Fear. May you be blessed this week as we approach the 4th week of Advent moving closer to the date we remember and honor the One that showed us the Kingdom of God is here and now.
