Hello Beloveds.

I wanted to send you my thoughts about a movie on the history of Yoga I recently watched.  The thing that resonated was the Divine Order and everyday steps along the path that reintroduced YOGA to India’s population as well as  to the western world. It was also interesting to me that the asana poses (much like Cirque du Soleil) where introduced to draw the attention back to the ancient spiritual practices that were slowly fading in India with the impact of British governance.

This intention to introduce and reenergize the interest in the asanas of yoga was the catalyst in it’s general label of being know mostly as a physical exercise.  As with any spiritual practice, it is the holistic integration of body, mind and Spirit that leads to an integrated soul and abundant life.

Like with all great spiritual teachings knowing unfolds through the relationship of the individual teacher and his or her student. True understanding is an intimate knowing in the sacred heart of the seeker as embodied by Jesus and others. Today we too can model The Way of Jesus through a humble heart and  a willingness to let go of expectations.  This allows Heaven and the Universe to enter on our behalf for our greatest and highest good.

Freedom of the soul is found when we know who we are as a Divine Child of God regardless of our circumstance and situation.  This is my prayer for you Dear One!
