Spiritual Wisdom Wednesday Message with Rev. Dr. Dallas

Tonight, in the night sky, look up and take in the beauty of the largest full moon of the year. There are so many things that we take for granted.
Consider how the moon waxes and wanes. Even when the clouds pass over the moon, the moon is still there.

Sometimes in life, we are like the moon. A moon that’s covered up by clouds dimming our light. It’s important not to lose hope during this time.

Perhaps this is a time to reflect upon this spiritual teaching:

Perhaps you need to step out from behind the shadow of the clouds and allow your light to shine.

Perhaps your light continues to shine even beneath the clouds, standing strong knowing that this too will pass.

You are enough. You are loved, called to be a light on the hill. We all have different hills to climb.

Through contemplative and meditative prayer, we can allow the Holy Spirit to guide us during our different phases, much like the moon.

I hope this message blesses you. I hope you can enjoy this moment, for it will never come again. Pay attention, be present so as not to miss this gift.

Grace and peace to you!
Rev. Dr. Dallas
