ThinkLoveFirst Tuesday – Lessons from Walking Out My Restoration

#ThinkLoveFirst Tuesday- Today I am integrating the restoring and releasing tightness as I continue my effort to build my spinal /muscular stability and strength. This journey can be quite painful at times although I am grateful. Remember that as we are healing, there are times and days that can feel like we are going backwards. This is called a healing crisis – but a sign of moving forward. As the body is releasing toxins drinking water ( with lemon) is a good way to help the body flush what we have been working out- stretching, yoga or massage. Remember to bless your body and celebrate where you are along the way to where you are going. This message is for me- A great reminder when it is one of those days. Today has been that for me. Praying you are doing well!
